Job Description

As a Sales Marketing Coordinator, you will support TOMRA Food’s EMEA sales organization by planning and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen lead generation, customer engagement, and commercial growth. This role combines structured project management with a results-oriented approach to ensure all activities align with business objectives.

What you’ll do:

  • Commercial Marketing & Lead Generation
    • Support regional sales growth through targeted campaigns and engagement programs.
    • Collaborate with Sales to design initiatives that generate quality leads.
    • Create and maintain sales enablement tools, case studies, and compelling marketing content.
  • Project Management & Event Execution
    • Plan and coordinate TOMRA Food's participation in trade shows, exhibitions, webinars, and customer events across EMEA.
    • Manage timelines, suppliers, budgets, and ensure events deliver an excellent experience.
    • Oversee development and distribution of marketing collateral and promotional materials.
  • Data & Performance Management
    • Track and report KPIs, campaign results, and event ROI.
    • Use CRM and analytics to measure impact and recommend improvements.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or equivalent. Additional years of relevant experience can substitute for formal education.
  • Practical experience in marketing, preferably within a B2B, sales-driven environment.
  • Skills in web content management systems and data analysis to track KPIs and campaign performance.
  • Fluent in English. Any additional languages are welcome.
  • Willingness to travel for exhibitions and customer events; valid driving license.

  • Salary from €1800 gross/month, depending on experience.
  • Hybrid model of work
  • 13th salary (100% of monthly gross salary).
