· Guide and manage sales efforts in Seoul, driving order growth and exceeding sales targets
· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate the EPC, Marine market and expand the customer base
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key EPC & NOC customers, understand their needs and provide innovative solutions
· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

· Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales or a related field
· Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive order growth
· Strong communication, negotiation skills
· Set up strategic relationships program including Account planning
· Technical Knowledge on Process solutions, control system, Field Instrument, Automation related system
· Intermediate or above in English
· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
· Proper experience in EPC customers and alignment with overseas customers
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
· Proficient in using internal business tools and sales tools
· Identify winning strategy, negotiation skill in various sales environments
· Passion for sales and achieving results
· Strong business acumen and insight into market dynamics
· Customer-focused mindset and ability to build and maintain strong relationships
· Continuous learning and adaptability
· Ability to guide and motivate a team to achieve sales targets
· Proper experiences in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical and Energy related industries
· Business experience with Petrochemical, Chemical, Oil & Gas customers (GS Caltex, SK, S-Oil, HD OilBank, LG Chem)
· Sales intelligence securing Installed base 
· Experienced in Data center segment

· Experience in Maintenance Service Sales
