Job Description- Identify, prospect, and engage SMB customers through outbound and inbound sales activities
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities within assigned territory and market segments
- Develop relationships with business owners, decision-makers, and key stakeholders across prospective customer organizations
- Drive the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close
- Understand customer business challenges and position solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue, pipeline, and customer acquisition targets
- Utilize CRM tools to effectively manage opportunities, forecast sales performance, and maintain pipeline hygiene
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and partner teams to generate demand and accelerate customer acquisition
- Identify new market opportunities and develop creative approaches to engage previously untapped customers
- Represent the organization at industry events, networking activities, and customer meetings to expand market presence
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in SMB, commercial, or new business sales
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and acquiring new customers
- Demonstrated experience in outbound prospecting, business development, and territory planning
- Strong ability to identify and engage customers with limited existing relationships or brand awareness
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience managing a high-volume sales pipeline and multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
