1. Strategy & Channel
Development:
• Design and execute sales strategies
to drive growth in both B2B and retail distribution networks
• Identify and develop bulk
distribution channels across Dar es Salaam and beyond
• Lead product launches and
route-to-market expansion
2. Customer & Distributor Relationship:
• Cultivate and maintain strong
relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors
• Negotiate contracts, manage pricing
discussions, and ensure client satisfaction
• Represent Goldenpot at trade
events, client meetings, and industry forums
3. Performance Monitoring:
• Set clear sales targets and track
team performance
• Prepare forecasts, sales reports,
and market trend analyses
• Use insights to inform leadership
and optimise sales processes
4. Team Leadership:
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the
sales team
• Coach staff, set individual goals,
and support performance improvement
• Ensure successful collaboration
between sales, logistics, and operations
Requirements Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business,
Marketing, Sales, or related field
• At least 3–5 years of experience in sales channel development or team
leadership— preferably in FMCG, food distribution, or bulk logistics
• Proven track record in scaling
sales operations and managing distributors
• Excellent communication,
negotiation, and leadership skills
• Familiarity with Tanzanian
distribution networks and retail landscape
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and
sales tracking tools
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- At least 3 -5 years of experience in sales channel development or team leadership
