Responsibilities:
- Drive new customer acquisition within the Enterprise segment, focusing on high-potential accounts.
- Develop and execute growth strategies for existing customer accounts to increase penetration and revenue.
- Lead a team in delivering end-to-end telecommunications solutions tailored to the Financial Services Sector.
- Create and implement customer-specific business plans aligned with Telecel’s product portfolio and market positioning.
- Manage assigned resources efficiently to meet customer requirements while ensuring profitability.
- Oversee accurate and timely issuance of monthly service invoices and ensure effective payment collection.
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships through clear, professional communication and active listening.
- Influence customer decisions using deep product, industry, and sales expertise.
- Collaborate with deployment, technology, finance, product, and customer service teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure adherence to best practices in sales and deal structuring.
- Partner with the Head of Sales and HR Business Partner to design and implement talent development initiatives.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s in Management is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within telecommunications or ISP services.
- Demonstrated success in driving customer acquisition and account growth in a service-based environment.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and influencing skills with a track record of closing complex deals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to engage diverse stakeholder groups.
- High level of business acumen, including understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and strategic planning.
- Proficient in customer relationship management, financial accountability, and operational efficiency.
- Action-oriented mindset with a focus on results, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Skills Required
