ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Setting strategic goals and objectives to drive revenue growth and ensure profitability.
- P&L accountability for region of responsibility; manages budget to better financial targets while tasks accomplished effectively.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to outline the plans, investments, capital, resources and talent required to achieve strategic goals.
- Foster strong and enduring relationships with key customers based on understanding of customer needs and delivery of appropriate products offerings and support.
- Keep abreast of developments in the market to identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the market.
- Establish strong business relationships with stakeholders in the industry, especially key material suppliers, system houses and automation companies.
- Provide accurate timely forecast on product / business win in accordance with planned schedules.
- Close collaboration cross departments to facilitate or open sales opportunities, resolve challenges, drive continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence to ensure business continuity.
- Motivate the team, ensuring high level of engagement, and lead the team to consistently deliver strong performance against targets and objectives.
- Develop and coach the team on commercial, technical and operational competencies to address performance gaps and continuously improve the team.
- Carryout other tasks as required by management.

Requirements:
- Min. University degree in Engineering, Business or relevant technology; MBA is preferred.
- +10 years’ experience in a senior management role with a proven record of success.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Excellent analytical capability and ability to understand data to drive appropriate decisions.
- Experience and proven record with key customer/contract negotiations.
- Extensive business to business sales/distribution experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
