- To analyze sales data, financial reports, and other performance metrics to make informed business decisions and implement improvements.
- To coordinate public relations activities, advertising, and sales promotion activities in relation to new and existing products.
- To purchase vehicles for sales according to the company policy and procedures.
- To manage the Sales Team to achieve agreed profit levels and Sales Targets.
- To participate in Performance Appraisals and any Company training activities.
- To ensure high level of customer satisfaction by resolving customer complaints.
- To perform any other duties as directed by The General Manager.
