Core Objective of the Role
The Marketing Coordinator supports regional marketing initiatives by coordinating campaigns, managing content and digital platforms, tracking marketing performance, and ensuring brand standards are maintained across all channels and markets.
Core Responsibilities
· Track marketing expenditure and maintain accurate budget reports.
· Support the effective allocation of marketing resources across regional campaigns.
· Manage and maintain the regional marketing asset hub, ensuring all materials are current and aligned with brand guidelines.
· Coordinate social media content calendars and ensure timely, accurate posting across all platforms.
· Liaise with external agencies to ensure consistency and accuracy of digital content.
· Oversee updates across multiple regional websites, ensuring content accuracy and brand consistency.
· Execute website updates, including lead form creation and functionality enhancements.
· Develop and maintain a website update calendar aligned with campaigns and product launches.
· Monitor website and campaign performance metrics and recommend optimization initiatives.
· Create in-house static and video content to support marketing activities.
· Prepare marketing presentations outlining campaign strategies, concepts, and results.
· Support campaign execution and ensure alignment across all markets.
Qualifications and Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
· Excellent project management and organizational skills.
· Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced regional environment.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Experience in digital marketing, content management or a similar marketing role.
· Familiarity with website CMS platforms, social media tools and analytics.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing performance data.
