To ensure the accurate processing of vehicle sales from the company to customers by providing the necessary support mechanism to the Sales Executives and Sales Manager.
SATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE WILL HAVE BEEN ATTAINED WHEN:
A. All vehicle sales are processed in a timely and efficient manner.
B. All data processing is done in a timely and efficient manner.
C. Sales Executives and the Sales Managers are always given the support they need.
D. The appropriate documents relating to vehicle sales are sent to the Finance and Accounting Department in a timely manner.
E. Any problems relating to any to any of the above are reported to the Sales Managers as soon as they occur, in the absence of the General Manager.
2. To enter vehicles data into the computer for access by Sales Executives and maintain records of stock reconciliation and sales.
SATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE WILL HAVE BEEN ATTAINED WHEN:
A. All data is accurately entered into the computer in a timely manner.
B. All data can be retrieved within a timely manner
C. Data is easily accessible by Sales Executives.
D. All information on vehicles is accurate and completed.
E. All records are kept accurately and presented in a timely manner when requested.
3. To update daily sales records.
SATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE WILL HAVE BEEN ATTAINED WHEN:
A. All records are kept up to date.
B. Accurate records are maintained.
4. To ensure that all necessary paperwork relating to vehicle sales is prepared on a timely basis.
SATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE WILL HAVE BEEN ATTAINED WHEN:
A. All invoices are completed accurately and on time.
B. All warranty information is prepared on a timely basis.
C. All forms are prepared with accurate vehicle numbers.
5. To prepare Import Licenses and documents for Duty Free Sales. 1
SATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE WILL HAVE BEEN ATTAINED WHEN:
A. All import licenses are prepared in a timely manner.
B. All documents for Duty Free Sales are prepared in a timely manner.
C. All documents are prepared accurately and in a timely manner.
6. To assist with the sorting and filing of documents.
SATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE WILL HAVE BEEN ATTAINED WHEN:
A. All documents are sorted and filed and order maintained.
B. Old records which are no longer needed must be appropriately archived each year and the filing system kept up to date.
7. To keep adequate files on company vehicles and reports as required.
SATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE WILL HAVE BEEN ATTAINED WHEN:
A. Files are established on all company vehicles in relation to licensing and registration.
B. Reports are provided when required, and in a timely manner.
8. To ensure that final preparation documentation and procedures are fulfilled to the company’s and the Customs and Excise Department’s satisfaction.
SATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE WILL HAVE BEEN ATTAINED WHEN:
A. All the Customs and Excise Department’s and Company’s procedures are followed.
9. To prepare delivery packages for vehicles.
SATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE WILL HAVE BEEN ATTAINED WHEN:
A. Delivery packages are prepared in a timely manner.
B. All packages are available when required.
10. To answer telephones and assist customers with telephone queries.
SATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE WILL HAVE BEEN ATTAINED WHEN:
A. Telephones are answered promptly.
B. The telephone is answered courteously and in accordance with company policy.
C. Messages are recorded accurately and legibly and passed on to the relevant person in a timely manner.
11. To assist with managing the human resources in your unit by assisting staff members in resolving work related problems.
SATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE WILL HAVE BEEN ATTAINED WHEN:
A. Staff problems are responded to.
B. Unresolved complaints are referred to the General Manager.
12. To participate in Saturday openings, overtime work, stocktaking, projects and specially assigned tasks when required.
SATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE WILL HAVE BEEN ACHIEVED WHEN:
A. Saturday openings are adequately staffed to provide quality customer care.
B. All overtime work is efficiently completed.
C. All projects and specially assigned tasks are completed on time and to agreed standards.
D. Stocktaking is completed in time allocated.
13. To perform any related duties assigned by the General Manager or Nissan/Hyundai Sales Manager.
SATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE WILL HAVE BEEN ATTAINED WHEN:
A. All assignments are carried out to agreed standards.
