OVERALL OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE
Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, this position’s main responsibility is to implement initiatives to drive incremental revenue from the existing merchant portfolio to meet business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Meet the assigned revenue targets through structuring and executing new initiatives to generateincremental revenue from the existing merchant portfolio

Assist in formulating segment strategies to build merchants' portfolio and enhance customerloyalty, as well as implementing various program / offers to sustain portfolio growth and enhanceoverall merchant experience and stickiness

Collaborate with cross-functional departments on end-to-end program logistic to ensure thesmooth launch of programs

Analyze and keep track on the program result, conduct post-program evaluation for continuousimprovement

Handle all activities on customer life cycle perspective: retention, migration, attrition preventionand service/products upselling

Work closely with merchant service hotline and other operation team to review after-salesservices process to enhance merchant experience so as to increase merchant loyalty

Manage merchant relationships and the related business negotiations

Regular merchant meetings to build an excellent account relationship
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Business / Marketing or other related disciplines
-
5 years and above sales experience in the financial services industry
-
Have good knowledge on customer lifecycle concepts and B2B sales experience an advantage

Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
-
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
-
Excellent use of Microsoft Access, Excel and other data analysis applications

Experience in data usage analysis and project management would be an advantage
