Job Description

  • Actively prospect and develop new potential clients (event agencies, corporate companies, conferences, corporate travel accounts).
  • Attend networking events and client meetings.
  • Present the hotel's facilities and services (guest rooms, spa, restaurants, catering, and event venues).
  • Negotiate contracts and conclude commercial agreements.
  • Monitor the market and competitors, including rate and pricing analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Operations, Food & Beverage, Front Office) to coordinate services and implement commercial offers.
  • Follow up on the implementation of signed contracts and ensure the delivery of the agreed services.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as revenue and occupancy, and prepare periodic reports for management.
  • Develop and manage the existing corporate client portfolio.
  • Comply with working hours, disciplinary rules, and standards of conduct established by labor legislation, the Company's Internal Regulations, and all lawful instructions issued by the direct supervisor.
  • Perform the duties set out in the job description and complete assigned tasks in accordance with the performance standards of the position.
  • Demonstrate integrity, responsibility, teamwork, mutual respect, and professional cooperation.
  • Maintain a professional attitude and appropriate language in relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and clients, and refrain from actions that could damage the Company's reputation or that of its representatives.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of all operations, activities, and information obtained during employment and refrain from disclosing any business-related information to third parties.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of salary and compensation information throughout the duration of the employment relationship.
  • Perform sales activities assigned by the Director of Sales, including daily client meetings, telemarketing, media monitoring, and other related tasks.
  • Drive all revenue streams, maximize STR (Smith Travel Research) performance, and contribute to achieving PMI and ReviewPro objectives.
  • Ensure the effective and maximum utilization of Hotelkit.
  • Ensure continuous compliance with Radisson Hotel Group brand standards and audit requirements.
  • Respond to client inquiries in accordance with Radisson Hotel Group service standards.
  • Initiate and implement monthly SAP Sales activity plans.
  • Communicate guest feedback to the relevant departments to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients of Radisson Blu and Park Inn hotels through meetings at the hotel or clients' offices, hosting business lunches or dinners, and providing special offers and promotions.
  • Organize special events for prospective and existing hotel clients.
  • Perform any other professional duties assigned verbally or in writing by the Hotel Management.
  • Provide the Finance Director with all required information, including documents, reports, analyses, contracts, invoices, departmental activity reports, employee performance information, job descriptions, and any other requested documentation, in accordance with Internal Resolution No. 11 dated 06 December 2024.
