As a Modality Sales Manager you will lead tactical sales execution and drive growth by empowering teams, shaping strategy, and delivering impactful clinical solutions to customers.
Develop and execute end‑to‑end tactical sales plans, leveraging market insights to identify new opportunities and drive revenue growth across your region.
Lead and coach Modality Sales Specialists, strengthening their clinical and technical expertise to support account teams in closing complex deals.
Define and manage business policies, pricing strategies, and product configurations, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines and alignment with strategic priorities.
Guide account teams to achieve business objectives, including balanced selling and delivery of annual operating plan (AOP) targets, while contributing to forecasting and strategic planning.
Build strong customer relationships by communicating strategic insights, educating on new technologies, and effectively resolving inquiries to improve satisfaction and outcomes.
You’ve acquired 7+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years with a Master’s degree in business development, clinical sales, service, or a related field, with experience in a people leadership role.
Your skills include commercial strategy, pricing and tender management, sales forecasting, and strong clinical/technical product knowledge; experience in healthcare technology is a plus.
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or equivalent.
You are a strong communicator and coach, able to translate complex clinical and technical concepts into customer value and guide teams toward successful outcomes.
You demonstrate customer focus, strategic thinking, and continuous improvement mindset, with experience applying Lean or similar methodologies in a sales environment.
Compensation & benefits
Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is 268.000 RON - 444.000 RON gross annual.
We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.
This role is eligible for Sales bonus, with your rewards linked to KPIs and company results. We'll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.

We believe that we are better together than apart. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This role is a field role.
