Your Impact:
  • Developing a deep understanding of Teachmint’s offering.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Introduce best practices and processes in alignment with the leaders and key decision-makers to improve sales performance.
  • Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly sales results.
  • Strengthen the GTM strategy.
  • Foster cross-functional collaborations with product and tech teams to drive impactful sales.
Who You Are:
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Hardware/ B2B Products.
  • Philippines B2B SaaS selling experience is mandatory.
  • Great strategic planning, organizational and creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment, learn on the job and get things done.
  • Enthusiasm and passion to take a differentiated digital infra product to the end user.
  • Ownership and a bias for action.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to achieve speed and scale.
  • Data-driven and analytical approach to problem-solving.
