Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Sales Management:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and business plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets and expand Huhtamaki's PS labels market share in the region, complement our target strategy to be No.1 player in segments.
- Oversee and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations for expanding existing business new develop new business
2. Key Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and major clients within the region.
- Develop customized solutions and proposals to meet clients' needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
