Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

We are looking for a talented, high performing sales leader to join our growing sales organization. You will be responsible for leading a team in closing new business that is sourced from the marketing team.  You will be responsible for the hiring and training of new account executives while developing and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of expense reporting and accounting practices. 

We’d love to chat if you have:

  • 2+ years of management experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience closing new business, managing relationships, and driving revenue with a team of account executives managing 150 accounts each 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of different sales methodologies and customer relationship management (CRM) systems: Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn etc.
  • Track record of exceeding sales quota 
  • Industry experience in software/financial sales is ideal
  • Able to adapt to change quickly
  • Can have difficult conversations with employees
  • Open to feedback and implements feedback quickly 
  • Able to hold themselves and their team accountable
  • Can motivate and help build a fun culture
  • Able to work with cross-functional partners and complete projects
  • Able to present and drive the team towards a common goal
  • Bachelor’s degree is required

This role is eligible to participate in BILL’s sales incentive and equity plans. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

The On Target Earnings (OTE) range noted below are remote based roles in the specific geographic zone

$143,400$172,100 USD

Zone 3

$135,400$162,500 USD
