The Sales Manager will develop sales strategies, manage client relationships, oversee sales cycles, conduct market analysis, and ensure customer satisfaction in the truck sales sector.

  • Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in truck sales, automotive sales, or heavy commercial vehicles.
  • Previous experience in the private sector and fleet sales is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the heavy truck market and customer network.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Target-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
