Lead and grow Scania truck sales by achieving targets, managing offers/contracts and tenders, setting budgets and KPIs, coaching the sales team, analyzing market and competitors, collaborating with other departments, ensuring compliance, and overseeing LG/LC financial processes.

Issue Resolution and Lessons Learned

Identify challenges at the deal level, resolve issues, and share lessons learned to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Compliance and Policy Adherence

Ensure that all activities comply with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Financial Process Monitoring

Follow up on Letter of Guarantee (LG) and Letter of Credit (LC) processes to ensure timely and accurate execution.

Requirements
Relevant high education bachelor degree is a must.
• Arabic and English language is a must
• Relevant work experience in sales minimum 10 years
• Knowledge of the heavy truck and bus industry
• People management skills
• General computer skills
• Ability to build and manage key relationships and deliver excellent customer service
