本ポジションは、パブリックセクター組織において、大規模自治体アカウント(東京都、大阪府および都下の自治体)及び政府系金融機関など大規模アカウントについて事業戦略立案・実行を担うリーダー職です。対象のお客様に、AI・クラウド・データプラットフォームを活用したデジタルトランスフォーメーションを推進し、日本社会の重要課題解決に貢献します。
本職として、事業成長だけではなく、組織づくり、人材育成、お客様とのエグゼクティブリレーション構築をリードし、Public Sector Leadership Teamの一員として組織全体の戦略策定にも参画いただきます。
Responsibilities
- 自治体・政府金融におけるビジネス戦略の策定および実行
- 売上、Consumption、Copilot・AIビジネスを含む事業目標の達成
- 中長期的な市場開拓戦略およびパイプラインの構築
- パートナーエコシステムを活用した事業拡大
- 首長・副知事・副市長・CIO・デジタル責任者・政府系金融などのエグゼクティブとの関係構築

- Customer IQ、Industry AI Solutionを活用した業界課題解決の提案

Qualifications
- エンタープライズIT業界における15年以上の営業経験
- 5年以上のPeople Manager経験
- 大規模顧客に対する戦略営業経験
- 年間事業計画の策定および実行経験
- 経営層とのリレーション構築経験
- 複数部門を横断したチームリーダーシップ経験
以下のいずれかの経験を有することが望ましい
- 自治体、教育、規制産業分野での営業経験
- AI、Data & Analytics、Cloud Platform、Cyber Security領域の知識

Skills Required
- 15+ years enterprise IT sales experience
- 5+ years people manager experience
- Strategic sales experience with large accounts (municipalities, government financial institutions)
- Experience setting and executing annual business plans
- Proven ability to build relationships with executive leadership/C-suite
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Japanese native and business-level English
- Experience in local government, education, or regulated industries
- Knowledge of AI, Data & Analytics, Cloud Platform, Cyber Security
- Experience leading DX (digital transformation) projects
- Global company management experience
- Experience at SIer, consulting firms, or software vendors
- Experience building partner business
