We value inclusion and we want you to help us thrive for a more diverse community. </p></p><b>Job Description</b><p><p>To support the development of our advertising network, we are looking for a Programmatic Sales Manager.</p><p><br>Reporting to the Team Lead, you will have the following responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Organize and develop sales activity on a portfolio of customers (Independent Trading Desk) in line with the quantitative and qualitative targets set by your manager.</li><li>Develop and retain existing customers in order to maximize sales in line with targets.</li><li>Achieve business targets (number of appointments).</li><li>Develop, manage and implement the annual prospecting plan.</li><li>Identify customer needs and pass them on to the marketing teams to help develop the dailymotion Advertising's offer.</li><li>Define appropriate action plans: market the company's advertising solutions to the portfolio according to customer needs and in coordination with the various expert divisions (Operations,Partnerships, Insight, Creative, Marketing and content team).</li><li>Ensure day-to-day customer satisfaction and implement any necessary improvements.</li><li>Anticipate and resolve any customer disputes.</li><li>Ensure reporting (activity reports, action plans, information sharing).</li><li>Monitor market and competition.</li></ul></p><b>Qualifications</b><p><ul><li>With a higher education background, you have similar experience in the world of online media within an advertising network, trading desk or technology platform.</li><li>You have excellent interpersonal skills, are tenacious and rigorous, and are recognized for your commercial temperament.
