Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source, secure, and manage corporate, conference, and incentive business (MICE) to drive revenue for our rooms, banquets, and historic event spaces.
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve individual MICE targets and outperform competitor set.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key event planners, MICE agencies, corporate clients, and international PCOs.
- Conduct engaging site inspections and showcase our historic monastery property to prospective clients, telling its unique story.
- Participate in client meetings, industry tradeshows, networking events, and internal revenue strategy calls.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven track record in luxury hotel sales with a primary focus on the MICE and corporate segments.
- Strong network and existing connections within the local and international MICE market.
- Impeccable command of English and Czech (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office: Excel/PowerPoint/Word); experience with Opera Cloud is a strong advantage.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with a sharp commercial focus.
