- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team through regular field engagement, objective setting, constructive feedback, and accountable delegation.

- Build customer loyalty and strategic relationships with key accounts, distributors, and ecosystem partners; strengthen customer focus across the team.
- Partner across marketing, product, service, finance, and other functions to improve execution, customer experience, and market responsiveness.
- Monitor results and leading indicators, identify risks and opportunities early, and take timely corrective action while upholding company values and compliance standards.
Candidate profile
- Proven experience leading sales teams and delivering sustained results against revenue, growth, and profitability objectives.
- Success in pharmaceutical, medical device, diagnostics, life sciences, laboratory, healthcare technology, or a related B2B environment.
- Strong commercial judgment and sales execution skills; technical product expertise is helpful but is not the primary selection criterion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field. Postgraduate study in business or leadership is an advantage.
- Experience building talent, managing performance, and influencing cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
