  • Support hiring efforts by interviewing and onboarding new insurance agents across multiple locations

  • Design and facilitate ongoing training sessions, coaching programs, and skills refreshers

  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and customer-centric team culture

  • 7+ years of Property & Casualty insurance experience, with agency experience strongly preferred

  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (or ability to obtain quickly)

  • Demonstrated success improving sales performance and consistently achieving or exceeding team goals

  • Strong understanding of sales KPIs and performance management best practices

  • Experience using dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools to manage team performance

  • Excellent communication and coaching skills with the ability to provide clear, actionable feedback

  • Experience with CRM systems, comparative raters, agency management systems (AMS), and other insurance technology platforms

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Experience scaling a sales organization within a digital or tech-enabled insurance environment
