Job Description
At Sales Manager End User role you will report to the Country Sales Director and the office is located in Bryanston, Johannesburg.
The responsibilities - you will do:- Manage a sales team of five or more members, providing guidance.
- Manage a matrix team.
- Achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
- Develop a sales strategy focused on Food and beverage, Oil and gas, OEM, and Water and Wastewater customers in Southern Africa.
- Oversee both internal and external sales processes.
- Provide mentoring for your sales team.
- Analyze market trends with team input.
- Increase customer satisfaction programs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for mining events.
- Work with engineering and project execution teams.
- Promote and embody the One Africa culture.
- Establish relations with local partners (channel partners).
- 5 years of experience in a sales leadership position in Southern Africa
- Bachelor's degree in engineering and business administration Post diploma
- Experience in Process Automation
- Knowledge of Salesforce
- Business knowledge on water and wastewater would be advantageous .
