Role and Responsibilities

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets, expand the customer base, drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves developing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, monitoring performance and expanding market share within the domestic appliances sector, all complying and following the overall Samsung strategy and goals.

Skills and Qualifications

  • University degree in business administration, marketing or similar

  • Proven experience of min. 5 years as a sales manager or similar leadership role (experience in electronics business is an advantage)

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Native Czech/Slovak language and communicative level of English language

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets

  • Willingness to travel as required
