CNGFirst is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development and customer acquisition initiatives across the transport and logistics ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have 8–20 years of experience in selling products, services, or technology solutions to transporters, fleet owners, logistics companies, and commercial vehicle operators.

This role is best suited for a sales professional who understands the transportation industry, has strong relationships with fleet operators and transporters, and can independently drive the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and fleet acquisition to negotiations, onboarding, and long-term account development.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for expanding CNGFirst’s customer base by identifying high-potential transporters and logistics businesses, understanding their operational requirements, presenting relevant solutions, and converting them into active customers. You will also play a key role in developing market strategies, building regional sales pipelines, and achieving aggressive acquisition and revenue targets.

  • Drive fleet acquisition and transporter acquisition across targeted markets and territories.
  • Identify and engage transporters, fleet owners, logistics companies, and commercial vehicle operators.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, fleet managers, transport contractors, and logistics business owners.
  • Generate new business through field sales, referrals, industry networks, cold outreach, and market mapping.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products, services, and solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, demonstrations, negotiations, closure, and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Build strategic partnerships with large transporters and logistics organizations to drive high-volume fleet onboarding.
  • Conduct market research to identify new customer segments, geographic opportunities, and competitive trends.
  • Work closely with internal operations, customer success, and leadership teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and retention.
  • Track sales performance, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and other key sales metrics.
  • Mentor and guide sales team members while establishing effective processes for scalable customer acquisition.

  • Exposure to fleet technology, telematics, fuel management, mobility, or transportation solutions.
Experience

8–20 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in B2B sales, fleet solutions, transportation, logistics, mobility, telematics, fuel management, or related industries.
