POSITION SUMMARY / OVERVIEW
The role of BDM and Sales Manager Video reports directly to Sales Team leader and is to develop a strategy and execution plan to deliver Jabra’s financial targets for video in Japan. The BDM and Salas Manager Video Japan will be responsible for the execution plan for video and achieving the targets associated. The BDM and Salas Manager Video Japan will use all the resources at its disposal including all Jabra salespeople, marketing, alliance and support staff to execute the plan and achieve the targets. The BDM and Salas Manager Video Japan will be the ‘subject matter expert’ for video in Japan and will work closely with Marketing and Partner sales team to ensure Jabra sales.
Responsibilities:
The Sales Lead of Jabra’s video business
- Develop and execute on a Video sales plan in Japan
- To achieve the Japan sales budget for video and to contribute to the APAC and Global video sales target each financial cycle
- Maintain in depth product knowledge to support Sales, Marketing and Alliance teams on Jabra Video solutions and be fully aware of the competition and the sales arguments
- To lead other salesperson as the ‘Video professional’ in driving use cases by visiting Distributors, Partners and Customers to provide ‘subject matter expertise’, demonstrations and to deliver presentations
- To support at events, trade shows and webinars with specific input on Jabra’s Video solutions
- To help each salesperson to develop and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities in CRM and to be review these opportunities daily
- To participate in the Jabra sales forecast process and have specific knowledge of all significant sales opportunities
Qualifications and Requirements
- A strong background and current experience in sales of IT, Peripherals to enterprise.
- Preferable in audio video (AV) solutions and/or video conferencing
- Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics
- A degree level or equivalent qualification
- Business English communication skill
