About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our North American Account Management team, which is responsible for renewing and growing our client base across segments. As the leader of this team, you will be a key contributor to our continued growth, guiding a team of high-performing Account Managers to achieve and exceed their renewal and expansion revenue targets. This is a high-visibility role requiring a strategic mindset, a hands-on leadership style, and a proven track record in managing sales teams within a SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive your team to achieve and surpass renewal and expansion revenue targets
- Coach, mentor, and motivate individual team members to reach their full potential and contribute to a high-performing team culture
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure consistent growth, retention, and satisfaction of our client base
- Analyze sales forecasts, pipeline data, and other key performance metrics to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions
- Assist team members through the sales cycle by understanding customer needs and demonstrating how our solutions provide value
- Participate in client-facing meetings to provide real-time coaching and gather insights into client engagement and feedback
- Collaborate with leadership to refine and scale a repeatable sales process
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members, preparing them for future growth opportunities
- Foster a positive, proactive environment that encourages ongoing learning and improvement
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a frontline sales management role
- Demonstrated success in consistently exceeding quotas in a SaaS renewal and growth capacity
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing sales team
- Experience designing and implementing tactical sales initiatives using data-driven and empirical analysis
- Strong relationship-building skills with both internal stakeholders and external clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced, scale-up environment
- Strong proficiency in prospecting, needs analysis, negotiation, and closing deals
- A collaborative, can-do attitude with the agility to quickly adapt to changing circumstances
