As a Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on key performance data to support our Marketing and Sales teams. You will drive continuous improvements in data analysis, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide insights that enhance the effectiveness of our marketing strategies. Your contributions will play a critical role in optimizing campaign performance and informing data driven decision-making.
Responsibilities

  • Analyze and report on the performance of field, digital, and SDR campaigns.
  • Monitor and evaluate key marketing performance indicators (KPIs), such as conversion rates and opportunities generated, across various regions.
  • Measure ROI of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage ad-hoc analytics requests and develop automated reports, dashboards, forecasts, and performance monitoring systems
  • Assist with forecasting global marketing performance and annual predictive modeling
  • Develop and assess data collection methods, including surveys, questionnaires, and polls.
  • Translate data into clear visualizations such as tables, graphs, and reports to effectively communicate findings.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management.
  • Track trending keywords for organic and paid search strategies.
  • Analyze web conversion funnels and custom metrics using web analytics tools.
  • Measure account engagement with our content, website, and social media in support of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights for optimizing campaign reach and effectiveness
  • Perform A/B testing and feedback analysis to test and refine marketing strategies.
  • Proactively contribute ideas and insights to improve overall marketing performance.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Marketing Analyst, preferably within the tech or cyber security industry
  • Strong ability to analyze marketing data, business operations, and performance metrics.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Methodical, logical, and highly analytical approach to problem-solving
  • Experience with Google Data Studio, Big Query, or BI tools a plus
  • Fast learner with the ability to make impactful contributions to marketing programs.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to translate data into compelling narratives.
