We are looking for a Sales Leader to inspire and lead our sales team though a period of exciting growth, expanding product portfolio and change; with a servant leader mentality and growth mindset.
- Experience in sales of Life Sciences/Diagnostics is required.
- Experience of managing a sales team is essential, with a proactive mindset, strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Experience working in a global multicultural environment, with drive to foster collaboration and teamwork in a complex, fast-paced, changing environment.
- Strong commercial acumen, for supporting with customer strategy; preparation and management of the budget; and annual operating plan.
- Professional and ethical attitude with high integrity. Flexible approach and able to deal with ambiguity and changing market conditions.
