About the Role

Foolproof - a Zensar company, is seeking a high-impact Sales Hunter (Sales Director level) with strong Creative & Design and IT solutions experience to drive new business growth across strategic enterprise accounts.

This is a pure hunting role, ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives on opening new doors, shaping large opportunities, and closing complex deals within Design and IT solutions led engagements.

Reporting to the Executive Vice President, you will own a new business quota and orchestrate cross-functional teams to win high-value, design-led programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new logo acquisition with a strong focus on design and IT-led opportunities
  • Achieve revenue and margin targets through strategic hunting and deal conversion
  • Build and execute go-to-market strategies across industries, user cases, and target accounts (with a focus on Creative, CX, and Design solutions) and IT.
  • Translate strategy into measurable monthly, quarterly, and annual plans (OKRs)
  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline leveraging partners, channels, and alliances
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Creative/Design teams to refine offerings and strengthen market positioning
  • Influence solution evolution and product roadmap through client insights and market feedback
  • Lead end-to-end deal cycles, including discovery, solution shaping, proposal creation, commercial structuring, and negotiations

  • Experience in creative/ design-led solution selling and annuity-based engagements

What You Bring

  • Proven experience as a Sales Hunter in Creative, Design, CX, or Digital Experience solutions, , with a strong focus on new business acquisition
  • Demonstrated success selling Creative, Design, CX, or Digital Experience solutions
  • Track record of consistently closing large, complex deals ($5M+) across long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Strong network of enterprise decision-makers and influencers
  • Deep expertise in B2B2C Design & Technology propositions, preferably across Retail and CX sectors
  • Consistent achievement of revenue and booking targets in high-growth environments
  • Strong understanding of onsite/offshore delivery models and pricing structures

Preferred

  • Hands-on exposure to or strong understanding of Creative, UX/UI, Product Design, or Experience Design ecosystems
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Proven ability to influence and engage C-suite stakeholders in design-led transformation conversations.

Skills Required
