About the Role: We are looking for a result-oriented and customer-focused professional to lead the Customer Success Sales (CS Sales) function for Paytm Money. The role involves driving customer activation and conversion across onboarding and engagement journeys, managing sales operations teams, and improving customer experience through structured calling and process excellence.
Responsibilities : Drive conversion and activation across customer onboarding and engagement funnels for various products.
Identify and resolve customer journey bottlenecks to improve activation and conversion metrics.
Manage and mentor the calling team to improve lead conversion and customer activation metrics.
Monitor daily performance metrics and share updated MIS reports with stakeholders. Conduct training sessions and ensure quality assurance (QA) standards for the team. Design and optimize calling processes, customer communication flows, and conversion pitches.
Collaborate with product, operations, risk, and business teams to resolve customer journey bottlenecks.
Analyze customer objections and rejection patterns to improve conversion strategiesEnsure high levels of customer engagement, responsiveness, and service quality during interactionsTrack team productivity, conversion funnels, and operational KPIs to drive continuous improvementSupport leadership with business updates, operational insights, and process improvement recommendations.
Expectations/ Requirements: Minimum 5 years of Sales experience, with Stock Broking Industry experience.
Strong communication and convincing skillsCustomer-centric approach with problem-solving mindset.
Ability to handle high-volume lead follow-ups efficientlyBasic understanding of financial products, customer onboarding, and digital engagement processes is preferred.
Good coordination and stakeholder management abilitiesFamiliarity with CRM tools and Excel is preferred.
Prior experience in sales, telesales, fintech, or broking domain is an advantageHigh ownership mindset with strong execution capabilities.
