Lead and execute technical programs across the full SDLC. Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, releases, Atlassian tooling, stakeholder and executive communication, productivity metrics, risk registers, and day-to-day program operations independently while driving process improvements.

Lead and develop a Campaign Operations team delivering end-to-end ad campaigns across search, display, native, post-transaction, and programmatic inventory. Own launch quality, targeting, bidding, tracking, pacing, and reporting; perform deep-dive performance analysis and optimizations; build playbooks; partner with product and tech to improve auction, attribution, and measurement.

Lead cohort analytics, CLTV and attribution modelling, build user scoring for segmentation, maintain data pipelines and dashboards, define CRM audiences and automation, and produce insight-driven business review decks to drive growth and retention.

Manage end-to-end vendor operations, procurement workflows, invoice processing, and employee reimbursements using SAP. Coordinate vendor onboarding, create PRs/POs, verify approvals and budgets, maintain trackers, audit invoices and expense claims, and liaise with finance and vendors to ensure timely payments and compliance.

Own day-to-day operations for insurance products, coordinate with insurer tech/ops to resolve policy sync and data mismatches, manage renewals and endorsements, maintain operational dashboards and reporting, drive RCA on issues, enable cross-functional teams, and use SQL to pull, validate, and analyze data for decision-making.

Conduct field and desk research to map Luxembourg merchants' payment providers, methods, pain points, and opportunities. Record structured data from merchant visits, support competitor and market analysis, identify common challenges and tech/AI use cases, and produce weekly summaries to inform Paytm Europe's market-entry planning.

Manage litigation and coordinate with law enforcement agencies (LEAs) for the southern region. Draft and vet responses to notices and pleadings, file criminal complaints, support business teams, appear in court as company representative, and ensure timely submission of documents and case progression. Provide legal advice on day-to-day business matters, maintain confidentiality, and meet tight turnaround times.

Handle customer grievances, escalations, and regulatory complaints via email and ticketing. Drive end-to-end resolution by coordinating RCAs with stakeholders, preparing regulatory responses and case summaries, maintaining documentation, meeting SLA/TAT and quality targets, and ensuring compliant, brand-consistent written communication.

Support monthly payroll processing, maintain and update employee records, manage attendance and leave inputs, prepare and validate payroll reports, resolve payroll discrepancies, assist HR operations and documentation while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Lead and scale Paytm Money's affiliate and partnerships channel across mutual funds, equities, and derivatives. Own affiliate strategy, partner acquisition, campaign optimization, budget and payout management, fraud control, and performance analytics to drive high-quality user acquisition and ROI. Collaborate with Product and Growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and present results to leadership while building a scalable affiliate function.

Lead end-to-end strategy, P&L, and growth for a new category. Design customer-first financing journeys, identify segments and use cases, run data-led experiments, monitor portfolio and profitability, and launch/scale initiatives cross-functionally.

Own Paytm's programmatic monetization platform roadmap, build OpenRTB/auction infrastructure, integrate with SSPs/DSPs/exchanges and SDK partners, create scalable APIs, improve monetization, measurement and attribution, and manage product lifecycle from discovery to scale while defining success metrics.

Lead business finance activities: build bottom-up financial plans, analyze actuals versus plan, report key metrics, support Business Heads with data-driven insights, improve month-end reporting and financial processes, and evaluate financial impacts of new initiatives.

Support the Talent Acquisition team by sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, conducting initial HR calls, maintaining candidate databases and trackers, posting job openings, assisting offer roll-out, and supporting employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.

Lead and strengthen operational and outsourcing risk frameworks for payments and merchant acquiring. Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate third-party and operational risks, manage vendor governance, ensure regulatory and network compliance, drive RCSAs, KRIs, incident remediation, and prepare risk reporting for leadership and regulators.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered UPI experiences. Build autonomous AI agents for payments, dispute resolution, customer assistance, fraud detection, and personalized recommendations. Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and risk teams. Leverage LLMs, agentic AI, and workflow automation; run experiments, A/B tests, and analytics. Ensure NPCI compliance, privacy, and responsible AI practices.

Build and maintain HR dashboards and reports; clean and analyze HR data using Python and SQL; develop predictive models for attrition and workforce planning; support AI-driven HR automation; partner with HR and business stakeholders to deliver insights and automate reporting.

Manage end-to-end ESOP administration including grants, vesting, exercises, lapses, cancellations, and exits. Maintain accurate equity records, coordinate with Finance/Legal/Payroll/vendors, prepare documentation and communications, ensure compliance and tax/accounting accuracy, respond to employee queries, generate MIS reports and dashboards, conduct audits/reconciliations, and identify automation opportunities to improve ESOP processes.

Handle outbound/inbound caller collections for assigned branches and products, meet collection targets, ensure legal and code-of-conduct compliance, monitor agencies and in-house collectors for fraud, address client queries, and develop repayment plans.
