Manager, Product Experience Design
We are looking for an experienced & dynamic Product Experience & Design Manager to join our team at Mastercard. This role requires a blend of product thinking, design craft, and fluency in emerging AI-driven workflows.
You will play a critical role in designing the next generation of Mastercard's business solutions and data-driven products. Our UX team integrates Behavioral Science, Data, Design & Technology to create future conceptual designs, iterate design systems, and develop new product solutions that elevate existing features.

About Product Experience Design
As a Product Experience Designer, you'll work closely with UX Research, Product Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and more.
We are looking for an experienced CX Designer passionate about the possibilities of data and data-driven experience design with good knowledge and experience of User Interface Design to join our rapidly growing, highly-innovative data and services Product Development team.
You will work as part of wider cross-functional team, collectively contributing to the rapid iteration of Prototypes and MVPs (Minimal Viable Product), mainly in the B2B and B2B2C arenas. Each design iteration is exposed to end-users at each cycle of our rapid design-test-redesign process, to ensure optimum user traction. Prototype and MVP outputs include dashboards; widgets; chatbots; web applications; mobile applications; VUI voice interfaces; digital assistants; etc. - all in service of solving complex business challenges.
What you'll be doing
• Contribute to our design system between Design, Product and Engineering.• Ensure that our User Experience optimizes business objectives and user engagement, working closely with Product Design partners & Product Managers.• Ideate and conceptualize new features aligned with product strategies.• Rapid prototyping of Proof-of-Concepts and MVPs using human-centered design principles.• Create new visual designs, reusable components via high-fidelity assets, user flows, journey maps, and beyond, to achieve the best Customer Experience.• Help define the next generation of data and data-driven products - and through doing so, help shape the future of Mastercard and its growth • Adapting & iterate Proof-of-Concept components onto our Design System.• Continuously improve efficiency in the design process and the overall product experience by using atomic design principles.• Ensure that designs deliver an appropriate balance of optimizing business objectives & user engagement, in close partnership with product managers.• Liaise with regional and country teams to ensure that designs are reflective of the diversity of needs for a global user base.
All about you• Over 10 years of UX/UI design experience for consumer-facing products and B2B solutions.• A master & advanced proficiency in Figma, including component systems, prototyping, and scalable design systems.• Experience using Figma Make (or similar AI-assisted design tooling) to accelerate ideation, prototyping and iteration.• Hands-on experience with Vibe Coding or similar rapid prototyping approaches where design and code converge.• Ability to iterate & craft detailing new components based on a design North Star.• Strong UX focus and understanding of component properties, behaviors and grids.• Ability to think strategically about product strategy and articulate design iterations.• Experience adapting to changes and implementing updates to keep the design system relevant.• Ability to understand technical implications in design decisions.• Experience developing User Personas and user journeys to inform product design decisions • You practice Design Thinking and can demonstrate success in bringing products to market using this methodology.• Passion for solving problems and being challenged.• Adaptability - constant willingness to learn and hit the ground running.• Initiative and ability to collaborate independently.
