Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing commercial team. The role focuses on driving revenue growth by engaging business owners, promoting EPOS solutions, and expanding our merchant network across Singapore.

This is a front-line sales role suited for individuals who enjoy engaging customers, identifying opportunities, and closing deals in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with business owners and decision-makers to promote EPOS payment and digitalisation solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities through field sales, networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting
  • Understand merchant needs and provide suitable solution-based recommendations
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to closing
  • Achieve individual sales and revenue targets consistently
  • Maintain strong relationships with merchants to support long-term business growth
  • Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Risk, Product, and Customer Success) to ensure smooth onboarding and activation
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline updates in CRM systems
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments
  • Participate in campaigns, events, and sales activations as required

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, client-facing, or revenue-generating roles
  • Experience in fintech, payments, POS, banking, telecommunications, or SaaS is an advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven, resilient, and highly self-motivated
  • Comfortable with field-based sales and engaging business owners directly
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team success
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
