What You'll Do...
- Establish and develop potential business opportunities through customer visit, fostering customer relationship, and offering new business trade lane
- Prepare and present company proposal, submit quotation, and also negotiating rate with pricing
- Maintain existing customer relationships, and contacts to ensure customer satisfaction in our services
- Collaborate with manager to ensure alignment with company strategies in forecasting, business planning, and pipeline development.
- Responsible for all incoming queries and provide solution to the service delivery related issues
- Operative use of company implemented sales tools and processes, e.g update report in CRM (Sales call log, Customer Profile)
What You'll Need...
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Minimum 2 years similar experience in the Ocean / Air freight industries
- Knowledgeable in commercial and operational roles in freight management/NVOCC business (Product/Commercial Business Development/Tender Management) will be an added advantage
- Good analytical skills & negotiation experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
