Overview / Purpose of the position
- To generate leads, convert prospects into clients, and promote our training programs. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a passion for helping individuals and organizations grow through learning.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities Commercial
- Make outbound calls/meets to potential clients to promote training programs and services.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable training solutions.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, and referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales progress using Salesforce systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing and training teams to align messaging and offerings.
Product Knowledge
- Articulate BSI’s Training products and qualifications to generate returning client sales

Knowledge and Experience
- Min of 1-year solid experience in sales in CB, Consultant, Training Provider.
Skills and Abilities
- Able to communicate clearly
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented, clear, and open-minded
Education / Qualifications
- Associate’s degree and above
