POSITION SUMMARY
Be a key driver of revenue growth at a fast-growing financial wellness fintech (BeneMoney). You’ll own deals end-to-end, work with cutting-edge solutions, and help employers improve financial outcomes for employees.
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving new business growth through strategic, consultative selling within the United States. This role manages the full sales cycle from prospecting and relationship development to contract negotiation and close, while delivering an exceptional client experience. The role requires some travel and regular collaboration within the Growth Team. This position can be fully REMOTE and work from most U.S. locations.
Fast track to Senior AE/Sales Leader or Management position
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Own and manage the full outbound sales cycle, from prospecting through close, for the company’s financial wellness and lending solutions.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through a combination of base salary and performance-based commission.
- Develop and execute territory and account plans to drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth.
- Actively generate new leads through meetings, outbound calls, email outreach, networking, conferences, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, benefit brokers, consultants, and strategic partners.
- Conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations to HR, Benefits, and C-suite decision-makers.
- Conduct presentations on objection handling with Finance and Payroll Specialists, or other blockers.
- Manage pipeline activity and accurately track leads, opportunities, and forecasts in HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate with Marketing on outbound campaigns, presentations, proposals, and sales enablement materials.
- Partner with internal teams to support underwriting reviews, contract negotiations, implementation readiness, and client onboarding.
- Maintain and grow an existing book of business through upsell, cross-sell, and relationship expansion opportunities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their workforce needs and aligning solutions accordingly.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
- Experience selling to HR, Benefits, Finance leaders, and/or C-suite decision-makers.
- Prior experience in employee benefits, financial services, financial wellness, or adjacent industries preferred, including:
- Voluntary employee benefits
- FinTech or lending platforms
- Payroll, HSA/FSA, retirement plans (401(k)), or insurance solutions
- Strong experience using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized with strong follow-up and pipeline management discipline.
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based role with accountability to revenue results.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to travel up to 25% if need be.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Annual salary range DOQ: $70,000 - $105,000 plus Sales Commissions.
