Lead and manage the end-user technology team to deliver secure, reliable workplace computing services. Oversee lifecycle of endpoints, Microsoft 365 and Entra/Intune administration, software deployment, patching, identity services, vendor relationships, budgets, and project delivery while supporting security, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Perform daily reconciliations across payment gateways, card processors, digital wallets, banks and internal ledgers; research and resolve discrepancies, maintain aging under 90 days, support implementations, partner with data warehouse and operations, use SQL and Excel to troubleshoot, prepare audit documentation, and identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
