Manage the digital product backlog and release readiness for digital banking enhancements. Elicit requirements, write user stories/acceptance criteria, coordinate UAT and vendor integrations, maintain operational documentation and metrics, and ensure regulatory and security compliance while collaborating with stakeholders and external vendors to deliver scalable digital experiences.

Lead FP&A analysis and reporting for assigned business line(s). Own and enhance Axiom, write and maintain SQL, build Power BI dashboards, perform variance analysis, forecasting, KPI reporting, financial modeling, and present findings to senior leadership.

Responsible for establishing a Data Architecture practice, adopting methodologies, designing solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders. Coaches lower-level professionals and manages ideation, design, implementation, and compliance with IT standards.

Manage setup, maintenance, and compliance of card network programs (Visa, Mastercard, Discover). Oversee network/account setups, documentation, reporting, billing cycles, and mandate tracking. Serve as primary operational contact, support cross-functional teams, and drive process improvements.
