Sales Executive - MEIA Graduate Program

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

We are looking for talents like you to join our full-time permanent positions in our MEIA Graduate Program. Your journey in this program will consist of challenging & exciting tasks at work and your development will be accelerated through formulation of personal development plan, local or internal assignments and focused training programs over the course of a year.
As a Sales Executive for Decorative Retail Business, you will play an important role in growing Jotun's business by building strong customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and supporting sales growth across your assigned market. You will be working closely with customers, internal teams and you will contribute to achieving sales targets, maintaining customer satisfaction, and strengthening Jotun's market position.
This position reports to the Area Sales Manager and will be based in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Jotun Decorative products within the assigned territory, driving sales growth, achieving targets, and identifying new business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors by delivering excellent service and responding effectively to customer needs.

• Follow up on customer payments and collections to support healthy cash flow and achieve assigned collection targets.

• Maintain accurate customer, market, and sales information in the CRM system, while continuously assessing market potential and identifying prospective customers.

• Collaborate closely with supply chain, customer service, and other internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and a positive customer experience.

• Demonstrate Jotun's values and strengthen the company culture by acting as a positive ambassador for the business and contributing to a collaborative, customer-focused work environment.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER

We are looking for a candidate who:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in any relevant field.
•  Up to 3 years of experience in sales or in any related field.
• Having a UAE driving license is preferred
• Is proficient in MS Office applications.
• Fluency in English is required. Arabic language will be an added advantage.
