General Scope of Work:

The incumbent will responsible to provide support to Sales and Project management backend systems, including but not limited to, eLogistics, CRM, Project management system, O365 systems (Power BI, Sharepoint, etc.). The candidate will require to review and provide optimize solution to the costing and technical compliance within the submission time frame. Candidate should have the skillset and knowledge to design, modify and review the vertical transportation system. The candidate will assist to conduct training and presentation to internal and external parties.  

Sales Engineer

  • Act as the overall administrator in managing all sales & project management systems
  • Study tender requirement and provide solution to meet customer requirement
  • Study the feasible design to cater site situation
  • Study feasible design and specification with consultant
  • Study technical compliance in accordance to local and/or tender project requirement
  • Ensure the ordering can be released in time so that material can reach site on time
  • Update the requirement of Sales and Construction function into the system
  • Creating standard
  • Site visit to provide solution
  • Ensure that all local costing in eLogistic is updated with the latest from Supply Chain
  • Engage with suppliers and supply chain to obtain the best price with equivalent technical application
  • Liaise with factory
  • Create training material and conduct presentation
  • Study and improve the system to increase productivity
  • Price negotiation with factories and suppliers
  • Optimize solution
  • Cost evaluation
  • Maintenance and updating of system
  • Any others assigned task assigned by superior
