About the role Job SummaryThe Sr. Sales Engineer is responsible for providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales process, from initial customer engagement to post-sale implementation. This role involves analyzing customer requirements, preparing technical proposals, and delivering product demonstrations. The Sr. Sales Engineer ensures that solutions are technically sound and aligned with customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct technical sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Analyze customer specifications and develop tailored solutions.
Estimate costs, resources, and timelines for proposed solutions.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure feasibility.
Support sales teams with technical documentation and proposals.
Troubleshoot implementation issues and provide training to users.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies.
Skills & Qualifications
Typically a University degree (or equivalent work experience) and at least of 3-4 years of relevant experience (or equivalent skills) are minimally required to carry out the role.
Strong technical background in engineering or related field.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer-friendly language.
Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools.
Problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented approach.
