What you will do:
As Senior Sales Engineer, you will builds relationships with large channel partners across a wide area, securing deals with internal team collaboration. This role operates with high sales targets across several P&L units. This role manages partner relationships, supports end-customer sales, sells through channel partners, and help with product planning and forecasting. This role delivers significant impact and handles complex problems and negotiations.
How you will do:
- Study product knowledge and company working procedure, continuous to improve domain knowledge of product, company and industry.
- Responsible for Controls products market promotion, sales strategy set up and management.
- Responsible for Controls products design application, quotation and technical solution.
- Builds and maintains good relationships with design institutes and promote the product branding through promotion activities.
- Establishes and maintains long-term channel partner relationships with strategically important customers (key owners, architects, consultants and contractors) to influence opportunities.
- Provide training to internal and external distributors.
- Compliance with Johnson Controls’ policies and procedures at all times.
What we look for:
- Bachelor Degree or above, preferably in Mechanical engineering and HVAC engineering or Electrical / Electronic engineering.
- Above 3 years working experience in sales, channel sales management.
- Extensive sales and marketing experience in Building Automation /Controls industry with good knowledge of Building Automation /Controls system applications.
- Ability to communicate both internally and externally at high levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in implementing change management in sales process and cross selling initiatives.
- Willing to travel frequently.

Skills Required
