Manage technical execution of pumping system projects: plan, schedule, procure, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and vendors, ensure quality, safety, budgets, and close technical issues through reviews (HAZOP, P&ID, 3D).

Lead mechanical design, development, testing, and implementation of rotating-equipment products. Drive projects from feasibility through production, perform calculations, simulations, CAD modelling, validation testing, root-cause analysis, and manage schedules, budgets, and documentation while mentoring engineers and collaborating cross-functionally.

Manage electrical design projects for motors and drives from sales review to production handover. Review vendor offers, resolve deviations with customers and vendors, ensure specification compliance, support procurement, testing, commissioning, and final documentation, and coordinate cross-functional teams throughout order execution.

Prepare techno-commercial pump tender proposals, analyze RFQs/specifications (API/ISO/ANSI), coordinate with procurement, engineering and sales, support pre-bid clarifications and negotiations, and ensure successful handover to project teams.

Manage and grow relationships with strategic B2B clients, serve as primary contact, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, coordinate internal teams to deliver solutions, monitor account performance, and prepare account reviews and growth plans. Manage production scheduling, planning, inventory, and shipping/receiving for a nuclear service center. Lead Netherlands accounting and credit functions: manage month-end close, statutory reporting, audits, intercompany transactions, and credit control. Coach and develop the local accounting team, ensure Dutch compliance and IFRS adherence, drive process standardization and automation, strengthen controls, and collaborate with treasury, tax, sales, and shared services to optimize cash collection and minimize customer credit risk.

Support HR recruitment by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, communicating with applicants, maintaining ATS records, posting jobs, preparing recruitment documents, conducting reference checks, assisting onboarding, and providing administrative support to ensure a smooth hiring experience.

Manage end-to-end billing and accounts receivable: prepare and issue invoices, reconcile billing data, maintain customer billing records, follow up on overdue accounts, record payments, perform AR/revenue/aging analysis, and generate billing reports while collaborating with sales, customer service, project teams, and Reporting & Analytics to resolve issues and improve processes.

Manage daily accounts payable operations including invoice and down payment booking, AP reconciliation, supplier query resolution, payment proposal review, AP aging control, and support month-end accruals and IFRS financial statement preparation. Drive process standardization, assist audits, and support system implementations and process improvement projects in collaboration with country finance teams and an external shared service center.

Set up and operate manual and CNC lathes and mills to manufacture and recondition components to OEM standards. Read and interpret technical drawings, perform layouts, inspections, and maintain close tolerances. Operate cranes and lifts, assist in pump disassembly/reassembly, support the Nuclear Quality Program, improve setups, and maintain a safe, orderly workstation.

Perform winding, fitting, assembly, inspection and rebuild of electrical rotating equipment (motors, generators). Manufacture/install coils and windings, read engineering drawings, support electrical/mechanical testing, diagnose faults, maintain quality and safety, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Assemble and disassemble rotating equipment per technical drawings and procedures, inspect parts, prepare dimensional and assembly reports, perform mechanical seal and bearing assembly, hydrostatic testing preparation, clean parts, and support field teams during shutdowns and shipments.
