Lead regional procurement strategy and governance for Services across Middle East & CIS. Align regional priorities with global SCM, drive supplier performance, cost savings, OTIF improvements, contract coverage and reduced TCO. Manage supplier selection, framework agreements, contract management, supplier development, digital procurement tools and stakeholder relationships to support service centres, projects and legal entities.

Repair, assemble/disassemble, test and maintain low- and high-voltage electrical rotating machinery (motors and generators). Perform rewinds, balancing and EX works (desirable), goods ordering, workshop planning, and onsite repairs. Follow QESH, corporate policies, LEAN initiatives, and support team operations with national/international travel as required.

Support project planning, execution and monitoring with commercial and analytical tasks: manage WIP, monthly invoicing, cost allocation, contract administration, purchase orders, export controls, VAT support, monthly reporting, RFC process, mobilization/utilization schedules, audits, and business improvement initiatives.

Manage technical projects end-to-end including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk assessment and mitigation. Provide technical guidance and mentorship, ensure quality and safety compliance, produce technical documentation and reports, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Prepare and issue customer invoices, reconcile billing data, support AR/revenue/aging analysis, month- and year-end close, generate billing reports, improve OTC processes, support audits and intercompany billing, and collaborate with project, sales, collections and analytics teams.

Provide technical expertise for MRO of aero-derivative gas turbines, including setting overhaul specifications, overseeing disassembly/inspection/reassembly, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, and driving Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement while collaborating with design, OEMs, supply chain, and operations.

Design, inspect, and support repair and reverse-engineering of turbomachinery parts. Perform visual/material/dimensional inspections, 3D scanning, create 3D models, manufacturing drawings, CAM programs, and machining jig drawings. Coordinate machining and repair processes, maintain measurement equipment, and contribute to LEAN and safety initiatives.

Provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle: engage customers, analyze requirements, prepare proposals, deliver demonstrations, estimate costs and timelines, collaborate with engineering, troubleshoot implementations, and train users while maintaining industry knowledge.

Lead localization development and optimization of high-speed permanent-magnet and submersible asynchronous motors. Design structural strength, calculate parameters, analyze performance, prototype and test units, troubleshoot production issues, propose improvements, document designs and test reports, and support new technology adoption and patent work.

Design, configure, maintain and monitor global LAN/WAN/WiFi networks and security (VPNs, firewalls, VLANs, routing). Provide L2/L3 support, vulnerability management, incident ownership, documentation, and lead network projects and automation initiatives to improve availability and performance.

Support regional sales to convert high-value opportunities for large motors (690V+). Act as technical authority, advise customers, develop account strategies, contribute to RFI/RFPs, maintain pipeline in Salesforce, and travel to key international accounts.

Manage daily accounts payable operations, handle supplier escalations, review payment proposals for compliance, monitor AP aging, assist with IFRS financial statements, drive process standardization, and support system implementation and optimization projects.

Lead and execute marketing and communications strategies, manage brand positioning and content across channels, align messaging with business units, analyze campaign performance, mentor junior team members, and ensure consistent stakeholder engagement and quality standards.

Support sales by providing technical expertise, conducting product demonstrations, customizing solutions, assisting proposal and contract work, collaborating with engineering, and supporting post-sales implementation and troubleshooting.

Operate and maintain production machining equipment, perform advanced setups, pre- and final machining, inspect parts to engineering drawings, ensure quality and safety, and mentor/train junior operators.

Support Group Treasury with invoice collection, bank account management and reconciliations, balance and treasury sanity checks, FX/loan transaction uploads, intercompany reconciliation/netting, reporting to service providers/banks, and ad-hoc treasury tasks within a global team.

Create 3D layouts and installation drawing sets using SolidWorks and AutoCAD; prepare design concepts and sketches; consult with engineers and production during manufacturing; support sales/applications with equipment and layout drawings; interpret engineering designs and specifications; participate in special projects.

Plan and execute hydraulic, mechanical and electrical tests on wastewater pumps to validate performance, safety and compliance. Produce test plans, protocols and certification reports, analyse data, investigate failures, recommend corrective actions, and coordinate global testing projects and third‑party audits.

Repair, rewind and maintain LV and HV electrical rotating machinery (motors and generators). Assemble/disassemble equipment, perform static/dynamic testing and balancing, order parts, follow supervisor directions, and attend onsite field repairs as required while maintaining safety standards.

Operate and maintain conventional production machinery, perform advanced machine setup, read and interpret drawings/GD&T, set feeds and speeds, produce or repair parts to schedule, improve methods, and support junior machinists.
