Designs Qlik Sense applications, dashboards, and reporting using SQL, Snowflake, and modern data platforms. Manages end-to-end Tower Field Service projects, including estimating, contract and purchase-order review, scheduling, customer negotiations, change orders, project communications, cost and gross-margin control, documentation, and invoicing. Coordinates internal teams and customer stakeholders across domestic and international projects, resolves risks and issues, and may oversee extended on-site turnaround work involving occasional travel.

Leads compressor engineering strategy, innovation, technical governance, and capability development across Europe and Africa. The role supports service growth through repair, retrofit, upgrade, and reverse-engineering solutions for steam turbines and centrifugal compressors. Responsibilities include managing technical risks, developing engineering processes, coordinating global specialists and partners, strengthening competencies, and ensuring quality, safety, compliance, and commercial performance.
