We are hiring our first Sales Engineer (Presales) in Cambodia to support two local Account Managers. What You'll Do
Partner with our sales team to help customers understand how Trend Micro solutions solve their cybersecurity challenges.
Deliver or co-deliver product demos, technical presentations, and proof of concept engagements.
Engage with customers, partners, and service providers to support presales efforts and solution adoption.
Gain hands-on experience with our broad solution portfolio—from endpoint protection to cloud security.
Build your skills in security architecture, threat detection, and cloud protection technologies.
Stay up to date on security trends and continuously enhance your expertise with Trend Micro’s learning resources.
Collaborate with mentors, regional experts, and cross-functional teams to strengthen your technical and communication abilities.
What We’re Looking For
We hire based on attitude, aptitude, and potential—not just past titles.
Ideal candidates may have:
Junior Level (0–2 years of experience): Interest or academic exposure in IT, networks, or cybersecurity; willingness to learn and grow; strong communication skills.
Mid-Level (2–5 years): Background in presales, technical support, or system integration with client-facing exposure; some product demo or solution design experience.
Senior Level (5+ years): Proven experience in cybersecurity presales or technical consulting; strong presentation and technical solutioning skills; ability to influence customer decision-making.
We’d also love if you have:
Basic understanding of networking or cybersecurity concepts (e.g., antivirus, firewalls, endpoint security).
Exposure to cloud platforms like Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
Experience delivering presentations, conducting training, or speaking at customer/partner events.
