The Sales Enablement Sr. Analyst is a highly analytical, execution-oriented role responsible for translating sales performance data into clear insights, dashboards, and measurable business impact. This individual will serve as a critical partner to Sales Enablement and Sales Leadership by delivering high-quality reporting, identifying business gaps, sizing pilot impact, and helping drive data-informed decisions.

This role requires strong Power BI capability, a deep understanding of sales performance dynamics, and the ability to operate with limited oversight. The ideal candidate can quickly learn the business, independently pull and structure data, and produce polished outputs with minimal hand-holding.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales Performance Reporting & Visualization
  • Pull and analyze data from Power BI and other sales systems to produce clear, executive-ready graphs, tables, and performance summaries.

  • Translate complex data sets into simplified visuals that highlight key trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reviews.

  • Ensure reporting reflects accurate definitions, clean logic, and consistent metrics.

  • Move beyond reporting numbers to explaining business implications.

2. Power BI Development & Customization
  • Create and enhance Power BI dashboards to support sales performance tracking.

  • Develop custom views tailored to Sales Leadership and Enablement needs.

  • Build user-friendly dashboards that improve visibility into funnel health, attainment, productivity, and segment trends.

  • Partner with Analytics and Sales Ops to ensure data integrity and usability.

  • Continuously refine dashboards based on evolving business priorities.

3. Pilot Tracking & Impact Sizing
  • Track performance of pilots and enablement initiatives.

  • Establish baseline metrics prior to launch and measure post-implementation impact.

  • Size revenue and performance lift from initiatives.

  • Conduct cohort and trend analysis to isolate impact.

  • Deliver clear recommendations on whether to scale, adjust, or sunset initiatives.

4. Opportunity & Gap Identification
  • Monitor sales trends to proactively identify business gaps and revenue opportunities.

  • Analyze performance by segment, tenure, role, product mix, and funnel stage.

  • Identify leading indicators of risk (AOP gaps, declining conversion, productivity issues).

  • Translate trend analysis into actionable recommendations for Sales and Enablement.

  • Serve as a thought partner in shaping where enablement focus should be applied.

5. Sales Acumen & Business Partnership
  • Develop deep, practical knowledge of the sales motion, compensation mechanics, funnel dynamics, and performance drivers.

  • Understand what drives attainment, conversion, productivity, and revenue outcomes.

  • Support Sales Enablement initiatives with both analytical rigor and business context.

  • Operate with urgency and a bias toward action.

  • Quickly ramp in role with structured onboarding but limited day-to-day oversight.

Required Skills & ExperienceCore Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Analytics, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Enablement Analytics.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (dashboard creation, customization, and visualization).

  • Experience working directly with sales performance data and CRM systems (Salesforce or equivalent).

  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.

  • Strong PowerPoint / executive presentation skills.

Analytical & Technical Strength
  • Ability to independently extract, manipulate, and structure data.

  • Strong understanding of sales funnel metrics, AOP tracking, attainment, productivity, and performance levers.

  • Experience measuring pilot or initiative impact.
