Job description
This role is strongly focused on internal systems support, sales operations, and reporting, acting as a bridge between sales, business owners, backend teams, and finance.
Your responsibilities in this position will be:
Support the end‑to‑end sales process from an operational and system perspective
Act as a communication link between business owners, backend teams, and financial support
Create and manage tickets with custom requirements for backend teams (licensing system, CRM)
Processing sales orders, managing existing renewals and all operation activities, monitoring contractual milestones, working in licensing system.
Prepare, maintain, and regularly update reports for sales and business stakeholders
Work with both local and global teams to ensure aligned processes and accurate data flow
Our requirements for this role:
Experience in sales support, sales operations, enablement, or a similar role
Ability to navigate and analyze larger volumes of data from multiple sources
Good working knowledge of Excel (reports, data validation, basic analysis)
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Proactive and open communication style, with the ability to obtain missing information independently
Ability to work in a broader business context, structure information, and focus on what is relevant
Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and responsibilities
Ability to work both independently and as part of a global team
Language: Fluent English (at least C1)
Communication: Excellent communication and organization skills
Basic wage component (brutto): from 1 800 EUR
* Financial bonus based on performance paid twice a year up to 10% from the base salary paid during the evaluation period (normally 6 months).
* The final basic wage component can be increased accordingly to individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.
