This position will report directly to the Sr. Director of Vertical Programs and help drive day-to-day execution for AHEAD’s vertical programs while providing operational support to the Sales Enablement team. This role blends research, scheduling and coordination, structured follow-up, and account mapping to streamline leadership priorities, enable field teams, and accelerate pipeline and revenue impact. Success requires exceptional organization, clear communication, data-driven rigor, and comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Role Responsibilities
- Program Operations & Research Conduct targeted research on verticals including executive briefs on firms, trends, people moves, and competitive signals across.
- Scheduling & Coordination Own calendars, agendas, and logistics for internal and partner meetings; coordinate prep, dial-ins, briefing packets, and meeting materials to ensure every touchpoint is purposeful and documented.
- Structured Follow-Up & Action Tracking Capture decisions, owners, and due dates; drive timely follow-up across sales, solutions, marketing, and partners; maintain clean action logs and status updates.
- Account Mapping & Data Hygiene Build and maintain account maps and org charts for named and whitespace accounts; align partner coverage; reconcile against Salesforce and external sources; surface gaps, overlaps, and next best actions.
- Communications & Enablement Support Draft and format internal updates, one-pagers, meeting summaries, and executive-ready slides; package content for sellers and leadership consumption.
- Systems & Content Stewardship Help keep ARCHIE/SharePoint/Enablement Hub assets current and discoverable; uphold brand standards and version control across templates and deliverables.
- Metrics & Reporting Review dashboards for cadence adherence, highlight risks weekly.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years in program coordination, sales operations, enablement, executive/business partner, executive assistance, or similar role supporting a GTM organization.
- Proven excellence in scheduling at scale, meeting orchestration, and driving cross-functional follow-up to closure.
- Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint; comfort with data cleanup and visualization.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce (reporting, list views, opportunity/account hygiene) and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive, ARCHIE).
- Clear, concise communicator with a service-oriented mindset; impeccable attention to detail and time management.
