Leads AHEAD’s Specialist Solutions Engineering team, overseeing daily management, strategic technical direction, coaching, career development, performance metrics, partner relationships, customer engagement, presales processes, quoting, and collaboration with sales and delivery leaders. The role presents solutions to customers and partners, supports sales plays, develops resource capacity processes, and maintains alignment across presales, delivery, and customer stakeholders.

Leads enterprise organizational change management and transformation engagements, building durable change capabilities through Centers of Excellence, playbooks, manager-led practices, adoption metrics, and AI-enabled tools. Owns workstreams, client relationships, change strategies, stakeholder engagement, value realization, and roadmap development. Coaches junior consultants and client teams, supports proposals and practice development, and uses data to measure behavioral adoption and business outcomes. Requires Prosci ADKAR expertise, consulting experience, enterprise AI tool proficiency, and approximately 25% travel.

Serve as the embedded change lead to drive AI adoption across a business unit: design change strategy, redesign roles and workflows for AI-augmentation, build capability programs, enable managers, run workforce planning, and measure adoption and impact while embedding responsible AI practices.

Manage complex technical projects from initiation through delivery, including scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, vendors, client communication, and project closure. Lead project teams, mentor junior project managers, oversee technical and non-technical coordination, improve project processes, support presales activities, and develop customer relationships and sales opportunities. Own AHEAD’s VMware by Broadcom partnership GTM strategy and revenue growth, expanding annual revenue from approximately $700M to over $1B. Lead Broadcom relationships, identify new business opportunities, support strategic deals, coordinate international expansion, align cross-functional teams, track partnership KPIs and deal economics, and develop sales enablement and marketing programs. Provide executive reporting, prioritize initiatives, escalate issues, and drive accountability across sales, technical, marketing, delivery, operations, procurement, finance, and regional teams.

Build and operate cloud data capabilities, including ingestion pipelines, transformations, data models, curated data products, and data-quality controls. Use Snowflake, dbt, SQL, and Python to deliver governed data for analytics, applications, automation, and AI workflows. Implement testing, CI/CD, documentation, lineage, access controls, monitoring, incident resolution, and performance optimization. Collaborate with engineering, analytics, governance, security, and business teams in an Agile, product-oriented environment with active AI-assisted development.

Leads critical client escalations from initiation through closure, coordinating engineering, delivery, operations, and client success teams. Drives containment, root cause analysis, corrective actions, quality management, and continual improvement. Serves as the primary client advocate during high-visibility incidents, communicates with executives and clients, tracks resolution and satisfaction metrics, and presents performance insights to governance leaders. The role strengthens service delivery processes, prevents recurring issues, and promotes accountability and sustainable operational excellence.

Leads cloud financial management and optimization across AWS, Azure, and GCP clients. Analyzes spending, allocation, commitments, unit economics, forecasts, and savings opportunities; builds reporting and automation with SQL and scripting; and governs tagging and billing data. Advises technical, financial, procurement, and executive stakeholders, presents recommendations, executes remediation, mentors engineers, supports pre-sales, and improves FinOps standards and delivery practices. The remote U.S. role includes up to 10% domestic travel and occasional after-hours support.

Lead enterprise Azure and AI agent platform engagements from assessment through production delivery. Design landing zones, migrations, networking, identity, governance, FinOps, Microsoft Foundry environments, Copilot Studio solutions, and evaluation-driven CI/CD pipelines. Develop infrastructure and agents in code, author client-ready architecture and operational documentation, lead consulting teams, present to executives and governance boards, and enable client teams to operate delivered platforms.

Supports talent development through learning content creation, eLearning design, job aids, videos, assessments, and facilitation of flagship programs. Maintains Cornerstone LMS records, enrollments, completions, deployments, and reports. Coordinates logistics, communications, feedback collection, stakeholder updates, and team projects while managing shifting priorities. Applies adult learning principles, accessibility standards, AI tools, and modern authoring and multimedia technologies to produce engaging, high-quality learning experiences.

Leads customer-facing design and implementation of cloud, platform, infrastructure, data, and AI solutions. Responsibilities include cloud migration and modernization, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, Kubernetes, automation, GitOps, platform security, observability, and AI-assisted development. The consultant conducts workshops, creates reusable platform capabilities, enables responsible AI adoption, mentors engineers, supports proposals and pre-sales, and ensures secure, reliable, governed, and cost-effective production solutions.

Monitor customer networks and IT infrastructure, triage and resolve incidents, manage service requests and changes, troubleshoot networking, servers, storage, virtualization, cloud, and Microsoft environments, coordinate with carriers and vendors, document tickets and procedures, meet SLAs, communicate incident status, and support NOC team training.

Lead architecture, design, and delivery of AI and agentic solutions on the ServiceNow platform (Now Assist, AI Agents, Predictive Intelligence). Mentor teams, run client workshops and demos, design integrations with LLMs and data sources, create AI adoption roadmaps and governance, and act as technical escalation and presales AI expert. Travel required (~25%).

Lead client-facing advisory engagements, direct delivery teams and workstreams, run workshops, manage scope/timelines, produce and present deliverables, support business development, and mentor team members to enhance advisory offerings.

Lead end-to-end design and build of AI-enabled ServiceNow solutions (Now Assist, AI Agents, AI Search), guide platform integrations and data foundations, ensure governance and evaluation, mentor developers, and drive AI enablement across at least one additional ServiceNow product suite.

The Senior Technical Consultant will lead the deployment of software-defined networking solutions, acting as a technical expert while working with clients and managing projects.

Design, build, and operate scalable data pipelines and ELT processes using cloud-native tools. Implement streaming solutions, maintain SQL/NoSQL stores, monitor data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Hadoop), troubleshoot issues, collaborate with scrum teams, and work closely with business stakeholders to deliver modern data engineering solutions.
