Global GTM Operations Team
At TRACTIAN the GTM Operations team is a global department that supports Tractian GTM teams across the US, Brazil and Mexico. We are a foundational team that is building the systems and processes that support our GTM team and directly impact our customer experience.
What You’ll Do
Within the GTM Operations team, the sales enablement team provides sales leaders and reps with the learning materials, content and resources to drive growth and success. The Brazil sales enablement specialist will work with the team to develop and execute impactful, data-driven solutions for transforming the sales process. Success is measured by the overall business impact of these solutions and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product marketing, and customer success teams to align enablement initiatives.
- Build and maintain comprehensive sales onboarding materials, enablement materials.
- Own the outcomes of training programs, continuously measuring and evolving their effectiveness.
- Report to the sales enablement manager that is being hired right now and roll up to the Director of GTM Operations.
- Build a trusted relationship with Brazil sales reps.
- Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team.
- Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales.
- Preferable 1+ years of experience in building sales enablement programs.
- Proven ability to lead both people and projects, driving initiatives to successful outcomes.
- Proficient in capturing complex concepts and distilling them into actionable enablement materials.
- Strong understanding of different sales methodologies.
- Culturally aligned with Tractian’s growth mindset and values.
- Fluency in English is required.
