Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by:

  • Manage Thought Leadership Efforts
    • Drive thought leadership piece development, leveraging content expertise of the Consulting team
    • Accelerate thought leadership development by building initial draft documents, post-Consulting team discussion / input
    • Manage thought leadership calendar (setting deadlines, holding teams accountable, sharing updates to EMC LT)
    • Drive pull-through of sales impact of published articles by liaising with EMC LT and EVERSANA
    • Track metrics on impact and value of published Thought Leadership
  • Maintain and Grow Rep Engagements / Case Studies Master File
    • Drive development of impactful rep engagements / project case studies (in collaboration with project teams)
    • Manage Representative Engagement Master File
  • Manage Database of Completed Projects (i.e., KM Database)
    • Leverage Master File to create summary capability / qualification slides (sales assets), either proactively or in response to proposal needs
    • Develop and maintain sales assets, per the above, including qualifications slides across domains (therapeutic areas; project types; clients)
    • Own completion and accuracy of the database and provide completion updates to the full team on a regular basis
    • Own calculation of individual completion metrics to inform mid- and year-end full team review cycles
  • Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias. 
  • All other duties as assigned

EXPECTIONS OF THE JOB:

  • Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3- 5 years of experience in project management and/or similar experience
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales performance data 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Masters or advanced degree in Business and/or Marketing
  • Experience in a Consulting role within the Life Sciences industry

EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $81,000 to $113,000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this base salary range at any time.
